Orders ship within 1–3 business days via FedEx Priority Overnight. You'll get tracking info as soon as it ships. I only ship Mon–Thu for home delivery to ensure your corals arrive fresh and healthy.

Every coral is guaranteed for 72 hours after delivery. If something arrives DOA, send me a photo of the coral in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery. For losses within 72 hours, send in-tank photos. I'll issue store credit or a replacement of equal value. Full details in the shipping policy.

I ship to most of the continental US. I don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, military bases, or P.O. Boxes. Need a physical address for FedEx delivery.

Yes. Every photo is the exact coral you're getting. What you see is what you get. No stock photos, no bait-and-switch. Colors might look slightly different under your lights vs mine, but the coral in the photo is the one I'm shipping to you.

If you need to change or cancel, email me ASAP. Once it ships, I can't change anything. Cancellations before shipping have a 20% restocking fee on WYSIWYG or cut-to-order corals. No refunds after it ships.
