We ship FedEx Priority Overnight. Every coral is backed for 72 hours with store credit or replacements. Free shipping on orders $249+. Shipping costs aren't covered on replacements.

📦 How We Ship

FedEx Priority Overnight for all live animals. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears (depending on order volume, weather, and availability).

🚫 Where We Don't Ship

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, military bases, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes. You need a valid physical address.

📍 Get Your Address Right

We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Double-check everything—apartment numbers, street names, all of it. If your address is wrong and the package gets lost or tossed, that's on you. We can't refund or replace packages sent to incorrect addresses.

🏠 Delivery Schedule

Home delivery: Monday–Thursday only.

We don't ship the day after holidays or during known FedEx disruptions. If the weather looks sketchy, we might hold your order or ship it "Hold at Location" to protect your corals.

📦 Once It Ships, FedEx Owns It

After the box leaves our hands, FedEx is responsible. We'll help you track it and file claims if needed, but we can't control delays, misroutes, or lost packages. If FedEx says it was delivered and scans it as such, it's considered delivered—even if it gets stolen or misplaced. We're not liable for porch pirates.

72-Hour Coral Guarantee

Every coral I send out is guaranteed alive for 72 hours after delivery. If it arrives DOA or dies within that window, I'll give you store credit or a replacement of equal value. No cash refunds.

📸 Proof Requirements

DOA (Dead on Arrival): Send a clear photo of the coral still in the sealed bag within 2 hours of FedEx delivery confirmation.

Died within 72 hours: Send clear in-tank photos or video showing the issue.

🔒 The Rules

• Don't throw away the coral until I tell you to.
• Keep the coral on its original frag plug for 72 hours. If you remove it, dip it, frag it, or mess with it—coverage is void.
• Shipping costs are never refundable, even on replacements.
• I don't cover color shifts, minor polyp retraction, slow growth, or issues caused by your tank (bad flow, wrong lights, aggression, unstable parameters).
• FedEx delays or missed deliveries aren't covered either.

Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds once the order has shipped.
• Cancel before shipping? WYSIWYG or cut-to-order corals have a 20% restocking fee.
• If you accidentally pay shipping twice on combined orders, I'll refund the extra automatically.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Claims & Disputes

Once the box leaves, FedEx is responsible. I'll help you track it or file claims, but I can't issue compensation until the claim is resolved.

Don't do a chargeback without talking to me first. That's a violation of this policy, and I'll use this document in disputes.

All communication goes through jase@reefjase.com. I stand behind my corals and will work with you on legit issues.

General Terms

No exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
Color accuracy: Coral colors vary under different lights. WYSIWYG photos are taken under my lighting—yours might look different.
Right to cancel: I can cancel or refund any order I think is fraudulent, sketchy, or unsafe to ship.
By ordering, you agree to all these terms.

Live-animal shipping has risks. I'm committed to handling everything right and resolving issues fairly—but you need to provide an accurate address, respond quickly, and keep expectations realistic. We're in this together.
