We ship FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight — we pick whoever gets it there best. Every specimen is backed for 72 hours by our Arrive-Healthy Guarantee. Store credit is issued at our discretion for qualifying arrival issues.

And yeah — if the carrier screws up, that's on us. Not on you.

⚠️ Supply Drop Fulfillment Policy

Supply Drops are fulfilled strictly according to your cart total at time of purchase. If your order confirmation displays more drops than your cart total qualifies for, only the drops you legitimately unlocked will be shipped. No exceptions.

Known causes of erroneous drop displays include:

  • Unstable or interrupted internet connection during checkout
  • Browser tab refreshing or duplicating mid-session
  • Cart drawer opening and closing rapidly in quick succession
  • Intentional manipulation of the cart or checkout process
  • Third-party browser extensions interfering with cart behavior

At the end of the day, your cart total determines your drops. A $320 order qualifies for one Supply Drop. A $500 order qualifies for two. That's the rule — and it's the same rule for every customer, every order.

🏠 Delivery Schedule

Home delivery: Tuesday–Friday only. We hold shipments during weather disruptions to ensure the integrity of your items. After the carrier scan, the provider is responsible for transit accuracy.

🚚 Carrier Delays? That's On Us.

Most vendors wash their hands of it the second your box leaves the facility. We don't. If FedEx or UPS delays your shipment and your coral takes the hit, we're making it right. Simple as that.

📋 WYSIWYG — A Quick Note

If your WYSIWYG piece isn't looking its best when it's time to ship, I'm not sending it. Instead I'll pull an equivalent cut from the same colony — same size, same quality, ships on time. I'd rather do that than put something subpar in your tank.

72-Hour Health Guarantee

Every specimen is guaranteed healthy for 72 hours after delivery. In the event of an arrival issue, we issue Store Credit at our discretion, within our guarantee guidelines. All sales final.

• WYSIWYG Cancellation Fee: A 20% cancellation fee applies to all WYSIWYG orders. Because every specimen is photographed, pulled, and reserved exclusively for your order at time of purchase, cancellations result in a 20% deduction of the item total. No exceptions.
• Store Credit Redemption: Store credit may only be applied toward orders that include a meaningful new purchase. Store credit cannot serve as the sole or primary form of payment. REEF JASE reserves the right to hold or cancel orders consisting primarily of store credit redemption with no qualifying new merchandise, at our sole discretion.
• Professional Standards: We reserve the right to delay dispatch if transit conditions are deemed unsafe.
• Carrier Selection: We ship FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight — whoever's running best that day is who we use.
