Premium aquarium specimens, delivered with professional precision.
We ship FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight — whoever's running best that day. Every specimen is backed for 72 hours by our Arrive-Healthy Guarantee, with store credit issued for qualifying arrival issues.
And if the carrier drops the ball, that's on us — not on you.

Carrier delays are on us
Most vendors wash their hands of it the moment the box leaves the facility. We don't. If FedEx or UPS delays your shipment and your coral takes the hit, we make it right.
WYSIWYG — a quick note
If your WYSIWYG piece isn't looking its best when it's time to ship, I'm not sending it. I'll pull an equivalent cut from the same colony — same size, same quality, on time — rather than put something subpar in your tank.
72-Hour Health Guarantee
Every specimen is guaranteed healthy for 72 hours after delivery. For a qualifying arrival issue, we issue store credit at our discretion, within our guarantee guidelines.
Always send clear photos of any DOA or 72-hour issue when you email us — it speeds up credit processing significantly.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because every item is a live, one-of-a-kind aquarium specimen, all sales are final. We don't accept returns. Where something goes wrong on arrival, your remedy is handled through the 72-Hour Health Guarantee above — store credit at our discretion, rather than a cash refund.
- WYSIWYG cancellation fee: a 20% fee applies to all WYSIWYG orders. Each specimen is photographed, pulled, and reserved exclusively for your order at purchase, so cancellations forfeit 20% of the item value.
- Pre-shipment refunds: if an order hasn't shipped, we can refund it — subject to the WYSIWYG cancellation fee above.
- Store credit redemption: store credit may only be applied toward orders that include a meaningful new purchase. It can't serve as the sole or primary form of payment, and orders made up almost entirely of store credit may be held until combined with a qualifying purchase, at our discretion.
Unlocked at $299+ · XL at $499+
Hit $299 in your cart and you've earned a Supply Drop — a bonus premium SPS frag (retail value $89–$199) added to your order. You won't know which piece until it arrives; every drop is hand-selected to match or exceed the quality shown on site.
Supply Drop XL: orders of $499+ upgrade the drop to the Supply Drop XL — one substantially larger frag (roughly 2x the size, retail value $199–$399) served in place of the standard drop. Same mystery, same rules.
You're not buying it separately — you're unlocking it with your spend. The bonus frag is final: no refunds, no exchanges.
Fulfillment: drops are fulfilled strictly by cart total at time of purchase — one drop per qualifying order: standard at $299+, XL at $499+ (the XL replaces the standard drop; they don't stack). If a confirmation ever displays more drops than your total qualifies for — usually from a connection drop, a refreshing tab, or rapid cart changes — only the drop you legitimately unlocked will ship. Same rule for every customer, every order.
The Fine Print
- Final sale: due to the nature of live aquarium specimens, all transactions are final.
- Safe-transit hold: we reserve the right to delay dispatch when transit conditions are unsafe.
- Photography: every specimen photo is shot on a Samsung S24 Ultra with an orange lens filter under blue reef lighting, so colors will look different under your own lights.
- Agreement: by completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
