WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS: Most coral shops won't tell you the exact parameters their systems run. We do, because the single biggest predictor of a smooth transition into your reef is how closely your water chemistry matches ours on day one. Numbers below are current as of 2026-10-05.
WATER CHEMISTRY
Canonical targets across all REEF JASE systems. Stability inside the range matters more than the exact number.

| Alkalinity | 7.5 – 8.0 dKH | Stability matters more than the absolute number. Variance under 0.5 dKH/day. |
| Salinity | 1.025 – 1.027 sg | Reef-standard range. |
| Temperature | 77 – 78 °F | Stable across all systems via inline heaters and ambient room control. |
| Nitrate (NO₃) | 0 – 5 ppm | Kept low and stable. |
| Phosphate (PO₄) | 0 – 0.03 ppm | Kept low and stable. |
| Calcium | 420 – 440 ppm | Standard range for SPS-heavy systems. Maintained by two-part / kalk supplementation. |
| Magnesium | 1320 – 1340 ppm | Holds alk and Ca in balance. Tested weekly. |
