How an offer works

Who can make one	Signed-in customers at Coraldex level 5 or higher.
How often	One offer per calendar month, Pacific time. Unused months don't carry over or stack.
What it covers	Your whole cart, as one price. It's split across the corals by their listed prices, so every coral carries the same percent off. Supply Drop crates and upgrades aren't part of the offer.
Sending it	At checkout you add your card and shipping address, and pay $0. Your card is saved with the order, not charged.
My answer	Within 24 hours: accept, counter, or decline.
If I accept	The card you checked out with is charged right away for the offer price, plus shipping and any tax.
If I counter	You get my price by text and email. To take it, you pay it at checkout within 24 hours.
If I decline	Nothing is charged, and that's your offer for the month.

The rules

• Your offer is binding. If it's accepted, the card you checked out with is charged right away for the offer price, plus shipping and any tax.
• Nothing is charged unless your offer, my counter, or the rest after a sale is accepted.
• One offer per calendar month (Pacific time). A declined offer uses it up. Unused months don't carry over.
• The corals are not held. Anyone can buy them at the listed price while your offer is open. If one sells first, I'll ask you about the rest, at the same percent off, before charging anything. Saying no doesn't use up your offer.
• Every step has 24 hours. If I don't answer in time, your offer closes and doesn't count. If you don't answer a counter, the rest, or a card update in time, it does.
• No discount codes and no store credit on an offer. A code used at checkout cancels the offer, and it doesn't count.
• Shipping is free at $249 and up on what you actually pay, $49 below that.
• Supply Drop crates still count, on the price you actually pay.
• Lowball offers get one warning. A second one switches offers off on your account. Checking out at the listed price always works.
• Everything else is the same as any order: photo approval before shipping, the 7-day guarantee, and the Shipping & Refund Policy.
