The Supply Drop is a gamified reward system built into every order at REEF JASE. No codes. No sign-ups. No catch. Spend more, unlock more — and every drop is a random roll against our rarity table.

Add any corals to your cart normally. The Supply Drop system watches your subtotal in real time and unlocks automatically — no action required on your end.

Hit a Threshold
The moment your cart crosses $299, the first Supply Drop unlocks. Every additional threshold you cross — $449, $649, $899 and beyond — fires another drop. Up to 9 total.

Open the Crate
A sticky bar appears at the bottom of your screen. Click OPEN DROP and the crate sequence initiates. The system rolls your rarity tier in real time — you watch it happen.

Frag Added Free
Whatever you roll — Collector, Ultra, or Grail — gets added to your cart at $0. It ships with your order. No minimum. No fine print. The drop is yours.

Rarity Classes
Every drop rolls against the same probability table regardless of which tier you're on. Drop 1 can hit Grail. Drop 9 can hit Collector. The system doesn't care how much you spent — the roll is always honest.

Rules & Mechanics
No ambiguity. Here's exactly how the system operates so you know what to expect before you order.
Automatic Activation
No codes. No buttons to click before checkout. The moment your cart subtotal crosses a threshold, the drop activates automatically. The sticky bar appears and stays until you open it or dismiss it.
True Random Roll
Every drop is an independent random roll. Your order history, your spend level, your account status — none of it affects the outcome. A first-time $299 order has the same 10% Grail chance as a $2,999 order.
Ships With Your Order
Drop frags ship in the same box as your order. No separate shipment. No waiting. Your Supply Drop arrives with everything else, packaged and acclimated the same way as your purchased corals.
Grails Are Exclusive
Grail tier frags are never listed in the store. They exist only in the Supply Drop pool. You cannot add them to cart, request them, or purchase them separately. The drop is the only door.
Drops Chain Automatically
If you cross multiple thresholds in one order, each drop queues and fires sequentially. Hit $649 and you open three crates back to back. Each one is a separate animation, a separate roll, a separate frag.
Subtotal Tracking
Thresholds are based on your cart subtotal before shipping and tax. If you remove items and drop below a threshold, the corresponding drop is removed from your cart automatically. The system stays honest.
One Shot Per Threshold
Each threshold fires exactly once per order. Crossing $299 twice doesn't earn two drops. You earn one drop per threshold per order — up to nine total if you hit all nine levels.
No Expiration
Drops don't expire mid-session. If you unlock a drop and close the browser, it'll still be there when you come back — as long as your cart hasn't been cleared. Open it when you're ready.

Common Questions
Everything you actually want to know before you order.
Does the Supply Drop cost anything extra?
No. Every drop adds a frag to your cart at $0. You pay nothing for the coral itself. Shipping is calculated on the order as a whole — the drop frag ships with everything else at no additional freight cost.
Can I choose which tier I get?
No. The roll is fully random every time. The rarity table is fixed — 20% Collector, 70% Ultra, 10% Grail — and no preference, account history, or spend level changes those odds. You get what you roll.
Can I skip the drop and just get a discount instead?
No. The Supply Drop is the reward. There's no cash equivalent, no store credit alternative, no discount code in place of it. You can dismiss the drop if you don't want it — but there's no substitute offered.
What species are in the drop pool?
We rotate the pool regularly based on what's available in the propagation system. 99% of the time it will be Acropora.
What if the drop frag arrives damaged?
Supply Drop frags are covered under the same DOA policy as everything else in your order. If it arrives dead with photo documentation within the DOA window, we handle it the same way. The drop is a real coral with real accountability behind it.
Does it work on every order?
Yes. Every qualifying order — no exclusions, no product restrictions, no membership required. As long as your cart subtotal crosses a threshold, the drop fires. It works the same on your first order as your fiftieth.
Can I get multiple drops on one order?
Yes — that's the whole system. Hit $649 and you've crossed three thresholds, so you open three crates in sequence. Each one is a separate roll. The maximum is nine drops on a single order if you hit the $2,999 tier. Some people have gotten three Ultras in one session. One person has gotten a Grail on their first roll. The randomness is the experience.
